SHIPPING INFO

At BODY + SOAP by Janxie, we only ship to the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our handmade artisan products and the rates are dictated by the Royal Mail. We offer a flat rate of £3.20 for up to 2kgs. We aim to get all orders shipped within 2-3 days, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you have any further queries about shipping, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

FAQ

  • Are your products ethically sourced?
    Yes. Our products are all ethically sourced and there were no bunnies harmed in the making of our soaps.
  • Is your MICA (colour pigments) safe to use and ethically sourced?
    Yes! We only use MICA pigments from companies which do not support child labour. They are all skin-safe.
  • I only want one bar; do I have to pay for £3.20 shipping rate?
    Unfortunately we do not set the shipping rates; so anything up to 2kgs is £3.20 to ship (within the United Kingdom). The good news is you can stock up on a fair amount of our scentsational bars for a flat rate of £3.20 within the 2kg range!
  • Why do my soaps look different each time?
    Every batch is hand poured and thus no two bars are ever the same. The patterns may differ, the colour saturations may differ, but the quality, fragrance and scentsational experience will remain constant!
